Additional Details:
- Bring a power strip and extension cord to ensure access to power. (This one’s important!)
- Each company gets their own table to demo. Please arrive between 5 and 6 PM to set up. Doors open to the public open promptly at 6 PM.
- Tables will be pre-assigned to each startup.
- The tables are tall, circular cocktail tables, about 36″ in diameter. They’re large enough for a laptop, a single flat screen monitor, and a small stack of business cards or handouts. We will provide table linens.
- Please note that there are no formal presentations. Instead, demoing takes place throughout the night. To make the most of your demo opportunity, we encourage you to stay at your table for the full duration of the event.
- For the demo itself, prepare either a brief, slideshow-based presentation, a live demo, or a combination of both.
- Additional materials and signage are welcome. Signage must be free-standing and cannot be hung or attached to any walls. We suggest bringing a 6-foot free-standing vertical banner, available at FedEx Office, among other locations.
